General provisions
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") apply to all sales of products (hereinafter, "Products" or "Product") purchased through the website https://www.bicicletteria. store/ (hereinafter, "Site") for deliveries to be made exclusively in Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City).
For sales and/or sales requests in countries other than those indicated, a request must be sent to info@la-bicicletteria.it .

Bicicletteria di Hotel Grillo Verde sas reserves the right to modify the General Conditions at any time without notice. However, the changes will have no effect on purchase orders that have been sent before the publication of the changes on the Site.
The Customer is required to carefully read these General Conditions which have been made available to him on the Site, in order to allow them to be stored and reproduced by the Customer pursuant to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70. Effects of withdrawal
Following the withdrawal from this contract, all payments made to us will be refunded, excluding delivery costs. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the purchase.
The refund will be suspended until the return of the goods and following verification of the integrity of the same.
The customer must return the goods, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his withdrawal from this contract.
The goods must be perfectly packed at the customer's care and expense and always returned at the customer's care and expense.
Returned goods must not be used or damaged.

Immediate payment with PayPal account

Advance Bank Transfer

the warranty only applies to failures/breakages that occur despite normal use of the product. The guarantee is not applicable in cases of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product. Major force
Bicicletteria di Hotel Grillo Verde sas will not be held responsible for failures or delays in the execution of the order in the event that such failures or delays are not attributable to the same and are caused by impediments such as work interruptions, union unrest, suspension of transport and any other cause that may integrate an impediment due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, including revolutions, pandemics, forced closures due to strikes.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The General Conditions are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute relating to the General Conditions, the court of residence of the purchaser will be competent, in the event that he is a consumer. In all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction will be exclusively that of Naples.

Methods of transport and delivery
The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.
At the time of delivery, the signature of an adult over the age of 18 will be required. No deliveries will be made to PO boxes.
For each order placed on the Site, Bicicletteria di Hotel Grillo Verde sas issues a purchase receipt for the shipped goods, sending it by e-mail to the order holder, pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004 . For the issuance of the purchase receipt, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No change in the purchase receipt will be possible after the issuance of the same.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are clearly indicated on the site and in the order form.
The costs are equal to 9.90 euros for a purchase under 90.00 euros of expenditure and free above that threshold. Delivery is free for purchases equal to and/or greater than 90.00 euros (offer valid only in Italy).
All purchases will be delivered by courier, with Standard service and without delivery notice, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and public holidays. Bicicletteria di Hotel Grillo Verde sas is not responsible for unforeseeable delays.
Shipments are made within 5 working days from the date of receipt of payment subject to availability of products in stock. In the event of partial availability, prompt communication will be given to the Customer who will decide whether to receive split deliveries or all the products together or cancel the part of the order relating to unavailable products.
For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative is required at the recipient's address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or unaltered. Any damage to the package and/or the Products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately notified by means of a written control reserve on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the delivered package.
Absence of the Customer at the time of the courier's passage
If the Customer is absent on the day of the courier's passage for delivery, he is required to contact the courier's local office and arrange for a subsequent delivery or for collection at the courier's office. Bicicletteria di Hotel Grillo Verde sas is not financially responsible for parcels left in storage with the courier. The customer who has not been able to arrange a second delivery or collection at the courier's premises with the courier assumes the responsibility of carrying out the shipment itself.
If the courier returns the package to Bicicletteria di Hotel Grillo Verde sas due to non-collection by the customer, Bicicletteria di Hotel Grillo Verde sas will contact the customer for a possible return and request reimbursement of any storage costs as well as for the costs of shipping borne for the return and for those to be borne (redelivery to the customer). If the customer fails to pay the expenses incurred by Bicicletteria di Hotel Grillo Verde sas within 7 days of the request, Bicicletteria di Hotel Grillo Verde sas will keep the goods not collected due to default by the customer.
